The Program was implemented with the observance of all quarantine restrictions and recommendations. Some trainees and teachers participated in the program online.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oleksandr Okuniev,<\/strong> Chairman of the CGPA Management Board, started the program with the definition of compliance and anti-corruption compliance; he highlighted the competitive advantages of business with the implemented compliance policy. Also, he considered international normative documents, requirements of the legislation of other countries, applicable to Ukrainian subjects, and requirements of Ukrainian legislation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Interesting was the block on anti-corruption investigations in Ukraine and abroad, during which cases were considered, conclusions drawn from other people&#8217;s mistakes, and practical advice on how to overcome specific situations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" data-id=\"10885\" src=\"https:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/123393007_692742244703757_1315794415307702658_n-300x128.png\" width=\"300\" height=\"128\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-10885 alignright\" style=\"border-width: 10px; margin: 10px;\" caption=\"false\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/123393007_692742244703757_1315794415307702658_n-300x128.png 300w, https:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/123393007_692742244703757_1315794415307702658_n-768x327.png 768w, https:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/123393007_692742244703757_1315794415307702658_n-1024x437.png 1024w, https:\/\/cgpa.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/123393007_692742244703757_1315794415307702658_n.png 1365w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Oleg Boyko<\/strong>, an independent consultant on corporate governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC), began the second day by considering the aspects of anti-corruption measures in organizations.
