<\/strong>Since 2020, Irina Papusha has been a member of the Supervisory Board of RIOR \/ Rioned, the Netherlands, and the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Color Trend Ltd, Great Britain. During 2015-2018, she was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kyivsky BPC LLC and the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC Kyivkhlib. Irina is very active in public life. In 2015, she was a Tourism Advisor in the team of the Head of the Odesa Regional State Administration <\/span>– M. Saakashvili<\/span>, and the Chairman of the Board of the Association of Tourism Development of the Odesa region “Greater Odesa”. in 2014-2015, she was an Advisor to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine. <\/span>Since 2019 she <\/span>has been a member of the Supervisory Board of OpenDoorUkraine.NL, the Netherlands, and takes an active part in the activities of the CEO Club Ukraine. Serhiy Konovets<\/strong> has more than 25 years of professional <\/span>experience in large Ukrainian and international companies in the areas of financial management (CFO), strategy development, implementation of internal control systems<\/span>, business development, finance, and audit. He began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young in 1995. From 2000 to 2006, he worked as an audit manager, senior manager, and Deloitte’s auditing company partner. From 2008 to 2012, he was responsible for developing and implementing a long-term strategy for the agribusiness segment, including project appraisal, negotiation, and strategic research as Bunge S.A.’s Business Development and Strategic Planning Manager. In 2013-2014, he worked as a project manager for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). From 2014 to November 2019, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Financial and Economic Affairs of Naftogaz. He was responsible for the company’s financial and economic unit and its subsidiaries, including PJSC Ukrgazvydobuvannia and PJSC Ukrtransgaz. <\/span>He was nominated as a member of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Ukreximbank” <\/span>in June 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n
