The guidance papers and other related materials promote the harmonization of Ukrainian legislation on corporate relations with relevant international law and facilitate its reform by using experience of developed democracies.\u200b<\/em><\/p>\n Practical Guide “Self-Assessment of the Supervisory Board”<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The aim of the Programme is to encourage and assist companies in adopting best corporate governance practices, thereby enhancing their ability to attract sustainable investment. \nThe manual includes materials generally called – \u00abinternational standards of corporate governance for unlisted companies\u00bb – Principles of ECODA and Spanish Code of Corporate Governance for unlisted companies as well as examples of successful implementation of best corporate governance practices in companies in Brazil. The main part of the guide is the first in Ukraine Corporate Governance Code for private and family companies, based on the international standards and adapted to local legislation and business practices.
